Twitter kills SEO

I am surprised by seeing how many people seem to use Twitter, and by numerous talks how good it is for SEO.
Lets get it clear – I do use Twitter, and I see nothing wrong in the whole concept of tweets, but I do not like it because of one reason: the tweets are too short in my opinion.
If they were two times longer, it is O.K. Now back to the subject.

In my last post I’ve mentioned the changes in the Google Algorithm of Page Rank computing.
The whole idea of nofollow calculations makes no sense for me, and the only conclusion is that the nofollow tag is to be dropped sooner or later as a waste of time and energy.
If the only reason of keeping the tag is to label paid links, you can also think about ‘nofollow’ link tax’ as anyone shows in public his sins ( which you should not follow BTW ).
What strikes me is the new idea of PR calculating, according to Matt Cutts working both for outbound and inbound links. read more…
